この記事を書いているわたしも就活生なので、しっかり調べた内容になっています。

1. 就活に大学の成績は関係するのか

最初に気になる結論から。

就活に大学の成績は関係する場合もあり、近年選考の時に見る企業も増えている

というのが一般的なメディアの意見です。

大学成績センターという成績と履修科目のデータベースを使って、就活生に成績を入力させる企業もあるようです。

日本経済新聞の調べによると、2019年卒の募集では約350社がこの大学成績センターを使い、18年卒に比べて1.5倍に増えたとされています。（出典：就活生が後悔する？ 「成績重視」の逆回転 ）

一方で、実際に就活した先輩から聞いた話では、「大学の成績」が就活で見られたという話は１度も聞きませんでした。

また、選考後に卒業できるかどうかの確認も含めて、成績を提出させられるケースはありましたが、それで内定取消しというのもありませんでした。

就活では色んな大学と学部に通う学生が一斉に選考されますが、普段大学で受けている授業のむずかしさは大学・学部・先生ごとにちがいます。

そのため、やはり成績だけで落ちるということは考えにくいです。

ただし、３年くらい前から成績を選考の判断材料の一部として使っている商社や保険などの業界もあるので、成績を見る業界も志望する可能性があるなら、成績は平均より上である方が安全でしょう。

2. 就活で見られる大学の成績と計算方法

大学入ってから成績表見たことない

テストやレポートの点数が悪くても、単位を落としてなければ、教授に呼び出されるわけではありません。

保護者面談などもないので、高校までとはちがって大学では成績表を見たことない人もいますよね。

そこで、まず就活に向けて大学の成績と計算方法を紹介します。

よく用いられる成績の指標は、GPA（Grade Point Average）といいます。

2各科目の成績に決められた数をかけ、それらの和を取得した全単位数で割って算出される値です。

    • 秀/A（90-100点）：4ポイント
    • 優/B（80-89点）：3ポイント
    • 良/C（70-79点）：2ポイント
    • 可/D（60-69点）：1ポイント
    • 不可/E（59以下）：0ポイント

GPA ＝（秀の数×4+優の数×3+良の数×2+可の数×1）÷ 総単位数

先ほど紹介した「大学成績センター」への登録を企業から求められた場合、学生は学校の成績発表画面から履修した科目と成績をコピーして入力画面に貼り付ければ完了です。

必要に応じて大学成績センター側でこのGPA換算が行われます。

大学成績センターのGPA換算では、不可/Eの不合格だった場合のものは入れず計算されます。

しかし、企業側でGPAを出す場合は、どのように計算されるかはわかりません。

しかし、会社員になるからといって、不景気になればリストラされますし、老後の年金もあてにならないのに、お金のことを知らないのは大きなリスクになるでしょう。

でも、あるきっかけでお金の勉強を始めて、お金に対する不安や苦手意識が小さくなり、収入も増えました。

社会人になる前にこれから一生関わっていかないといけない「お金」について学ぶことは、大学の成績よりも大事かもしれないと感じました。
